Employment Skills Center staff had the pleasure of working with a team of 5 Dickinson College students this summer on a marketing project. The project included virtual meetings with the Dickinson students and ESC program staff to discuss ways to improve our marketing strategies and update agency promotional material. The goal was to create new designs and develop new ways to reach ESC supporters, donors, and students.

The team of students included Nuhan Abid, Sam Halpern, Audree Khalishah, Julie Siecinski, and Kiara Smith. Their experience and knowledge helped guide our decisions and resulted in the design of new marketing materials to be shared with the community in an effort to increase program awareness and outreach. These materials included new rack cards for each program, promotional inserts for folders, and an e-newsletter design for email distribution.

Our team is grateful for the opportunity to work with such kind and talented students. We are also thankful to Dickinson College and the Center for Civic Learning & Action for connecting us with these students and sharing their time and talents with us.
