Skills to Pay the Bills!
We know what it takes to build a successful workforce development program:
- Reading for Information
Understanding diagrams and charts used in the workplace
Understanding workplace rules and policies
- Written Communication

- Interpersonal Skills
- Time Management
- Critical Thinking

Customized Skills Training
Employment Skills Center can custom design a program that delivers targeted instruction to your employees or clients, here at ESC or on-site at your location. We can incorporate job skills training into our curriculum by working with area employers and partner training providers. Recent programs have included Nurse Aide Training, Forklift Training, and Certified Logistics Training.
Do you have a need for trained employees? Talk to us–we can partner with you to build a program that serves the need of local employers and the community.
